This is the Masab Tank Quarters (other being at Ameerpet) of NABARD AP Regional Office. Quite an old building the quarters are marked for their spacious interiors. Hotel Paradise famous for its sumptuous Biryani is located alongwith.It is almost 7 km from the Regional Office located at Musheerabad. Airport link flyover flows straight in front of the building and there is great traffic activity throughout the day yet it provides decent accomodation at the very posh locality of Banjara Hills which is its neighbourhood.
