Bison Witches Bar and Deli was founded in Tucson, Arizona in January of 1995. Occupying 1400 sq. ft. at 326 N. 4th Avenue, Bison Witches is a small neighborhood hangout that features gourmet deli sandwiches, bread bowl soups, salads, appetizers, and a full service bar with tableside service. Over the last ten years the bar has grown from its original 700 sq ft inside to 1400 sq ft today, plus an outdoor patio for those who still like to smoke while they enjoy a great sandwich, cold beer or a mixed drink from the bar.
