Former home of John Ringling which was designed c. 1924 by Dwight James Baum with an interior Willy Pogany and decoration by Robert Webb, Jr. In 1926, Ringling purchased the entry doors from John Jacob Astor's New York City mansion. He also relocated the complete interior and paneling from the salon and library (designed by Jules Allard et Fils of Paris).

The movie "Great Expectations" was filmed here.
