His son Shri Vachanna Gowda is also a well known personality in the family. He is a hard worker who gave very good education to his children who are employed in various departments of the central as well as state governments.His eldest son Shri Chinnappa Gowda is the first graduate in the Devashya family as well as in the village.Shri Vachanna Gowda's grand daughter Miss Greeshma is an athlete who has won many prizes in district and state level competitions.
