Historic social clubhouse designed c. 1909 by Benno Janssen (of the firm of Janssen & Abbott) in the Italian Renaissance style with structural elements by Guastavino Fireproof Tile Co. It operated from 1090 to 2017 when the association declared bankruptcy. The site is being redeveloped and restored by Walnut Capital, set to reopen in 2020.
