Indian Shores is a Town in Pinellas County in the US state of Florida. Indian Shores is set on a barrier island and is bounded by the Gulf of Mexico to the west and the Intracoastal Waterway to the east. The town of Redington Shores is its neighbor to the south, while the city of Indian Rocks Beach adjoins it to the north. One link to mainland Pinellas County exists via the Park Street Bridge.

Indian Shores incorporated under the name "Indian Rocks Beach, South Shore" in 1949, and continued to go by that name until 1973, when the town voted in a special referendum to change the name to Indian Shores.

The town is especially narrow, averaging only one block in width. Its total area is 0.9 sq mi (2.5 km2), of which only 0.3 sq mi (0.9 km2) is land. The 2000 Census recorded a population of 1,705.
