This 105-acre central campus of the City of Port Orange houses most of the government offices and municipal headquarters for the city. The Municipal Complex houses the City Hall, a regional library, a YMCA, an outdoor amphitheater, a sports complex, a skate park, a police headquarters, a fire/rescue station, a community/civic center, a veterans park, and walking and fitness trails.
Approximately 50 acres remain as park and recreation area, and the complex is classified as an active community park by the city's Parks & Recreation Department. Its hours are from sunrise till 11 pm.
