Airoli is one of the fastest developing node in Navi Mumbai.It is closed to Mulund and Thane. It is very closed to Millenium business park of Navi Mumbai and very well accessable by road,rail. Trains now connect Thane to Vashi and Reliance is converting the Thane belapur Road into a 4 lane fast road with bridges and service roads. Rate in Airoli is from around Rs 1800 psf in areas like Sec 1, 2 to around Rs 2800 psf in posh areas like Sector 7,8. There are notably 2 superb schools which are St Xavier near Sector 7.

  • Basically, Airoli is still in the stone age...so its nothing bigger than a bloody village...a backwood rather...full of rustics.. in fact in the mornings u can see many flintstones fighting tooth and nail over getting into one of those "flintstone call centre cars" at the town square....tonnes of BPO zombies freely roam the dusty streets 24X7 Welcome to airoliville....a hell's view on earth!!!! One good suggestion to NMMC...rename this as BEDROCK!!
