San Isidro is a municipality in the landlocked province of Nueva Ecija in the Philippines. As of the 2010 Census, it had a population of 47,800 people.

The town is situated between Gapan City and Cabiao.

San Isidro was the capital of Nueva Ecija from 1850 to 1917.

According to the latest Philippine census, it has a population of 44,687 people in 8,340 households.
