  9 metre wide D.P Road ILLEGALLY BLOCKED BY VASCON PARADISE =========================================================== The "OFFICIAL" D.P Road through VASCON Paradise Society from Baner Road which has been completed by PMC upto Vascon Paradise Society and even streetlights have been provided by PMC. This 30 feet D.P Road directly opens into Rolling Hills apartment complex and then joins the Main Baner-Pashan Link Road on the other side through the Rolling Hills apartment complex. However, till date this D.P Road is being used only by residents of Vascon Paradise society and they are forcefully not allowing any general use of the same, although this is an official D.P Road duly approved by the Government of Maharashtra. It is a well lit, 30 feet straight, flat and safe road as compared to the long, risky, unlit, untarred Ramnadi road. This action on Vascon's part is illegal and PMC needs to take immediate action and get this D.P Road opened to the general public as it is the most convenient and the shortest/closest road available. Also, access to the 35000 sq. ft. public playground which currently lies within the compound walls of Rolling Hills apartment complex can only be accessed via this D.P road and the playground would remain cut-off till PMC intervenes and opens up this road to the public.
