Kapil Malhar is a society built by Bal Developers. There are two phases, the first phase is the Kapil Malhar Bungalows scheme. It consists of about 60 bungalows. The 2nd phase are the Kapil Malhar Towers. These are twin towers of 13 floors. The river facing houses have some spectacular views of nature.

  • Bal Developers are cheats, with zero customer focus. They havent provided the clubhouse they promised to the kapil malhar bungalow scheme, and look at the state of their approach roads. Also the entire complex had to be vacated as water had entered most homes during the monsoon of 2005. I wonder how they got the awards, probably the judges were blindfolded.
  • dangerous place to live in rainy season....
  • Probably the judges were given free flats in the towers.
  • Bal developers are cheat and unprofessional.
  • conveyance deed not done even after 6 years
  • They are cheats and they still ask for Black money.
  • One of the most hopeless builders. This place is pathetic to stay during rains.
