  None of the comments given here are related to innovative flora in cox town !! any moderating it ??? Please delete irrelevant comments related to lake, Skyline builder, talking about hostels within the complex.. all rubbish. This is one of the good projects in Cox town, very good quality buildings with BDA approval and also no common walls for any flats for cross ventilation as per vaastu. It was build by a very reputed builder who constructed many flats in that area. It was completed in 2010, and I am staying there from 2011, one of the best places to be in Cox Town location. 24x7 power backup, 24x7 security, CCTV camera, Recreation hall, Gym, Lift, Childrens play area, Maintenance staff... what else you want as facilities at the heart of the city !!

  Raghu, I think mots of the comments are "Comments around Cox town area for other flats". Not for innovative flora. Not sure why those comments appear here !! You are right, i have seen the flats. They are good quality construction, good space utilization. My relatives stay there. There is even parking for visitors, when ever I go there i get to park my bike in visitors parking area. When other apartments in the city doesn't even have parking for the residents, here we have parking for visitors also, apart from covered parking for visitors !! great...

  Innovative Flora is one of the best properties to stay in the heart of Bangalore. I used to stay there for rent for 1 year. It is very good, and very quite as it is slightly inside the main road, so no irritating vehicle noises etc.. very beautiful place to stay. They have good security, good maintenance staff, power backup, etc. The best part is, you will never have water issue in the entire area as Ulsoor lake is nearby, so you will have high ground water level. Overall a good property in the heart of the city
