History:
The company was founded as “NAMSUONEL Hollow Block Making Machines” in Alsancak/IZMIR, in 1952 and became a major and respectful actor in its industry rapidly.

In 1993, the company changed its name to “NAMTAS Concrete Machines & Concrete Products Ltd. Co.” and has been continuing its activities in its modern manufacturing plant in Kemalpasa/IZMIR. since 1993.

NAMTAS’s activities used to be separated into two fields, concrete block making machines manufacturing and concrete products manufacturing, till 2005. NAMTAS stopped its concrete products manufacturing operation that year and focused on developing and manufacturing of concrete block making machines. NAMTAS’s previous activities of producing concrete blocks helped NAMTAS determining and supplying its customers’ needs so the company is able to design and manufacture customer oriented concrete block making machinery.

Company Profile

The main activity of NAMTAS is manufacturing concrete block making machines that produce paving stones, hollow blocks, kerbstones etc. in various shapes and dimensions. These concrete block making machines are supplied with aggregate scaling units and bunkers, concrete mixers and conveying belts to form a complete block making plant.

NAMTAS uses top quality components of well-known brands in its manufacturing process. NAMTAŞ combines its know-how and experience of more than 50 years with high quality labor and components to manufacture machinery that operates efficiently and failure-free for many years.

NAMTAS ’s solutions for concrete block making plants consist of PLC controlled full automatic, semi automatic and manual machines; all these machines operate via hydraulic system. On concrete block making plants which include PLC controlled machinery, all units are connected together and operate via computer controlled automation system.

Labor expenses are one of the major expenses in concrete block making industry. NAMTAŞ developed its PLC controlled concrete block making plants to minimize dependency to human labor during operation of the plant.
