ESTİM was founded in 1974 as a Cooperative The constructions and the infrastructural facilities were completed in 1985 .In 1996, after the property owners all recieved their titles , the Cooperative status was changed to a private organization named as ESTİM (Aegean Industry, Trade and Export Center )
