  • This isn't a very big hill, hardly worth the rope tow. I've been sledding on longer and steeper and never had a rope to drag me up. I do occasionally ski it on my XC skis and I chuckle when I see kids getting rides up in a pick-up each time they sled down. Maybe I'm too much of an old New England Calvanist, but I get more satisfaction when I have to work a little for my fun; it just seems more fun after hoofin' it up (I guess because it sucks so much to go up, oh the irony).
