ncorporated on November 29, 2002, PFPSI was created to take over the management of the ferries and businesses of the Saint Bernard Services Corporation (SBCS) and PSEI Transport Inc.

Currently, SBSC vessels ply the Matnog, Sorsogon-Allen, Northern Samar route; Liloan, Leyte-Lipata, Surigao route and the Bobo, Cebu-Pamplona, Leyte route.

To further Strengthen PFPSI’s operations in Samar, the Archipelago Ferries Philippines Corporation ---- an affiliate of PFPSI ---- assumed the management and control over the private port and facilities of Dapdap, Allen, Northern Samar on February 18, 2003.
