Chenkara - 8km from famous Thekkadi Tiger reservoir and wild life sanctury. It is with a beautiful landscape surrounded by Eight mountains ( Ashta Dhik Palakar) including Kurisumala(Cross hill) and two brother hills called Annan (Elder Brother) and Thampi(Younger Brother) hills. And a beautiful pond on the extreme top of Chenkara Cross hills around 4500 feet heigh. The amazing view of sunrise and sunset from the cool breezy Chenkara Cross Hills (Kurisu Mala) is a great experience.
