Greater Tunb

Greater Tunb is a small island in the Eastern Persian Gulf, close to the Strait of Hormuz. Greater Tunb has a surface of 10.3 km² and is known for its red soil.

The island and its sister Lesser Tonb are presently the subject of a border dispute between Iran and the United Arab Emirates.
