A large residential condominium development on the site of the former Canada Foundry Limited. The development, a large dis-used factory that's being retrofitted into residential lofts, is only half sold. The property is owned by The Brownstone Group of Companies.

Established in 1902 and in business for several decades, Canada Foundry Limited produced railway locomotives.

  • Site was the old General Electric Lansdowne Works which encompassed both sides of Lansdowne Ave. from Dupont up to Davenport. Site was heavily contaminated by PCB's which were used in transformer production at the facility until 1983. GE is forced to own the nuclear pellet facility until around 2030 due to PCB contamination of the site.
