A residential high-rise rental apartment complex comprising three structures, located at the corner of Dovercourt and Bloor St. West in central-west Toronto. Constructed in 1966, the complex underwent renovations in the early 2000s and is well maintained, particularly the grounds. Atypical for a high rise complex is the way in which tenants actually use the common grounds in a neighborly fashion (particularly the centre courtyard) during the summer months, making it quite family user friendly. An early evening stroll through the grounds, where parents chat and kids frolic safely nearby, is a heartwarming experience.
