  • the road is rough. it is only 26 miles, it takes about 2 hours to get to the beach.
  • Appears the quik sand is still there! Back in the late 1970s, we hit it on the beach, a bit to the north west, just before the mouth of the small lagoon. You could jump on the sand, and waives of sand would propagate out as if you had jumped in a pool of water. About left our Blazer there w/ the incoming tide.
