It consists of a 150-acre plantation where all kinds of spices ranging from cardamom, pepper and nutmeg, to vanilla and cloves are grown. At the centre of it all is a sprawling mansion with all modern amenities and comforts. The property abounds in natural streams, waterfalls and crystal-clear pools.
