This was the original site chosen for the famous Woodstock Music Festival in 1969. Unfortunately squares in the local community took steps to have the festival banned forcing its relocation to Max Yasgur's farm in Bethel.
Note, this is clearly not an "Industrial Park" in the modern sense, but probably some sort of planned industrial community.
