Part of the Key Marco archaelogical site. Area was excavated in 1995 prior to construction. This is one of the oldest sites in Florida, and has been variously dated from 55 to 1670 AD. Contained in the site is the "Key Marco Cat", an effigy of a kneeling figure of a human with a cat's head.

The area was completely excavated prior to construction of a condo complex.
