5-story residential building, originally constructed as a Federal-era house in about 1807. An 1872 renovation added two floors to the original three, and the building became a tenement for twelve families with a storefront in the basement and first floor. A 1913 alteration changed the interior so that it could be used as a butter and egg warehouse. The ground floor storefront was altered again later. Today, the upper floors are used as condominiums. They are clad in red brick. The windows of the three bays are topped by splayed stone lintels with keystones. The roof line is marked by a simple brick parapet. The ground floor is occupied by Tablao tapas restaurant.
