Mud Lake Shelter

This platform is provided by the SJRWMD. It provides a pretty view of Lake Winder, Moccasin Island and the surrounding area. Access is only from the parking area for Moccasin Island Tract. Just hike the blazed trail north out the parking area provided for Moccasin Island Tract. You can find some hiking maps on Google Earth or at www.wikiloc.com.

No idea why the SJRWMD named this shelter "Mud Lake", but they do have some other misnamed shelters.
