Mr. Sivan was an industrial worker in Mumbai. He could not continue in Mumbai even though he tried hard. He came back to native place and being an entrepreneur in nature, he started manufacturing breakfast items and hard Kerala dishes people love to eat when they are on a high on spirits. Alapad being a village of toddy makers people had no problem in consuming toddy and they readily accepted Sivan's dishes and fast food items which became very famous in the area, even people from neighbouring places become his customers. He run the outlet on a cart mounted on four cycle wheels.
