"Bhaqia Manzil" is a Mansion of 6500 Sft. It has an out-house kitchen plus a Two Storeyed Toilet with a connecting bridge from the first floor of the main building. This Mansion was built in 1962 by Late Hajee P. K. Mohamed, a Restaurant-owner since 1944 & a Landlord since early 1950's. His Restaurant 'Cafe Tarzan' is situated Opp. Mahim Rly. Stn. His Residential buildings namely 'Hussain Colony' is situated in Mahim & 'Kerala Nagar' in Santa Cruz (West) Bombay.

'Bhaqia Manzil' was the first Concrete House in Kasaragod region. To construct this Mansion, Steel, Cement, Mason & Bar-benders were brought from Bombay. He had constructed this beautiful Mansion for his beloved, bold & beautiful wife Aysha P.K. who was the daughter of a well respected agriculturist & landlord family of Sonkal near Uppala. Her parents were Pakrunhi Mukri & Mariamma.

Aysha P.K. moved to this Mansion, popularly known as 'building' in 1962 and lived there with servants & extended relatives all alone till her death on 4th of April 2009 at the age of 87 yrs. Her husband had died 22 years earlier then her in 1987 at the age of 67 yrs. They are blessed with two sons namely Fakhruddin & Abdulrehman Kunil who were married the two Bangalore sisters namely Zubaida & Shameem, the Grand-daughters of Late Poyakara Abdulrehman Haji and Daughters of Late Haji P.H. Mohamed advocate (Died in 1996) & Late Mrs. Rukiya Poyakara of Bangalore (Died in 2009).
'Bhaqia Manzil' soon will going to become a part of Muttam history because after Mrs. Aysha P.K.'s death there is nobody to occupy it as both her children are settled in Mangalore.
