A new lunch spot is coming to downtown Fort Wayne.

Staring straight at the Rousseau Center is Bistro Nota, a French-Americana style of cuisine that’s set to open in early fall.

The restaurant is located at 620 South Calhoun Street, sandwiched between Rosswurm Law and Markey Bonding at the former Central City Cafe.

The restaurant’s co-owners say they hope to become the go-to lunch spot for downtown workers.

“Our kind of aim here is to provide food for those downtown so they can come in and get good clean food that’s very quick and efficient, that’s a little bit different but still very like Midwestern and homey,” co-owner Cam Kaminski said.

Bistro Nota will serve fresh in-home bread, a rotating list of entrees, and fully prepped meals you can grab to-go.
