Formerly Building 12, Regimental Headquarters. This was originally used as barracks by recruit company commanders, and was constructed in 1922.

It later became the Office for the First Lieutenant Division, temporary assignment duty (TAD).

It is currently occupied by the outside bar of Stone Brewery.
