  • This four story building does not only belongs to Dhanke but belongs to "SHANTI CENTRE PREMISES SOCIETY LTD. It has many offices and Dhakane's is one of them.
  • Mr. Siddhart its not written any where that this building belongs to Prof. Dhakane's Classes but its just mentioning the address of the classes, also this classes charges such a low fees which is never influenced by plushness of the area, where as all the doctors in the same building charges there consultation fees according to the area, which is very high. The consultation fees is not even affordable by the lower middle class people.
  • I think this discussion was regarding the name of the building. But Atul has raised issue of Fees/ charges. Every body has right and choice to choose classes or doctors as per their wishes. Ultimately quality matters and valued which is never affected by place or area.
  • i read all the above comments, though i felt atul was little out on topic, neither you(ravi) were sticking to the topic. Atul is quite clear in the beginning saying that, its not mentioned any where that this building belongs to Prof. Dhakane's classes, but the class is located in there. Obviously quality matters and as far as i know Prof. Dhakaane's is one of the very first class in Vashi, point to be noted is when there was nothing so happening in Vashi, not even proper tar roads. Also money doesn't work as far as education is concerned, cause you cant buy it at any price, neither paying more assures you better quality or marks. If you find time please inquire about all the post graduate professors teaching there, how experienced and how dedicated they are towards their duties. (I know even i am out of the topic, but this was necessary for people like ravi to understand that money doesn't buy you everything!!)
  • I agree to Tejas and obviously every body can select class or doc of their own choice, but here i want to ask one simple qestion to Ravi....please answer the Q? directly. Do you feel just by paying more you will get better education or as you said quality education??
  • One building One marker If there are shops/classes/offices in the building, add them in the content. DONT add them in the title :)
  • i hope you people have seen some buildings being named as some one x's house and all. so its perfectly all right to name it with the office name.
  • One should even avoid naming places, buildings with perfection as every one knows that now a days its more being used for destructive terrorist activities.
  • Cactus restaurant is located in the ground floor of this building. It is very good restaurant, serving very good food and drinks. I remember going there as a child and also with my lady love later in life.
