  • What is that big wonder that Bristichers have made on Venthuruthy Bridge?? There are far better bridges in India than this
  • I TRAVEL BY THIS BRIDGE EVRYDAY FROM MY HOUSE TO NAVAL BASE. PERSENTLY THE BRIDGE IS IN SUCH A BAD STATE,THAT THE TRAFFIC IS DIVERTED TO U.P. BRIDGE! ONE OF THESE DAYS THE BRIDGE'S NAVAL BASE SIDE WILL SURELY COLLAPSE IF NO REPAIRS ARE UNDERTAKEN.
  • Yes I agree with Mr.George view about venduruthy bridge. What is our ministers doing? They r not bother about west kochi. They r playing on our lives. We should take a strike in MGRoad by blocking all vehicles then only our politicians eyes will open.
  • Wonder is that it was built for a few cars to travel across. But for decades now giant container trucks have rolled over it and it withstood. We cannot hope to have it for long. As you can see there are piers constructed for a parallel bridge. Soon it will be up
  • cud v restart its lifting mechanism again for the movement of ships..............
  • This was always a minor bridge when compared to other such structures built around the world in the same time period, and should have been demolished and a new modern structure built in its place. Public construction projects in Kerala seem to lack any vision for the future because they continue to build on a small scale - this just creates future bottle necks.
