Kevin Doyle and partner Gary Hopkins, Sr. are in the process of opening a Family of Celtic Ray Public Houses across the country. Presently they are about to open a second Pub in Port Huron, MI, where they will offer a fine selection of Irish Whiskeys to complement their outstanding selection of beers and traditional Irish menu.
