Probably the oldest standing structure in Srikakulam. Built in 1641 with support from Sher Muhammad Khan, the first Fouzdar of Chicacole circar, of the Qutbshahi dynasty of Hyderabad. There are inscriptions in the masque compound attesting to this fact.
