  • Approx 3200+ appartments in 3 Phases. Rs. 4250/sqft from Jan 06 2012. Phase I construction ongoing. Proposed completion by 2014 April.
  • One of the worst executed project I have ever seen. Launched in late 2007 and early 2008 with zero construction activity and again relaunched in 2011/2012, and the construction began just a few months back. Puravankara has raised $70 million (375 crores) for construction of this project. Lets hope atleast from now on Puravankara doesn't divert funds to other projects.
  • This Purva Windermere is being claimed to be in Pallikaranai within Chennai Corporation limits. But, on carefully studying Google maps, it appears to be situated in Medavakkam Panchayat. In such case, whether the project will get Metro Water and Under ground drainage connections provided by CMWSSB?
