Built in 1929 as the Baltimore Trust Company Building, it is the only Art Deco building in Baltimore. As one of the most famous buildings in Baltimore, it remained the tallest building until the USF&G building was built at Light Street and Pratt Street in the early 70s. Later the NationsBank Building and the Bank of America Building.
