This is a public stadium for all, unlike the chemplast ground which requires a person to be authorized to enter. For most of the day this is a grazing area for deer and the occasional black-buck(endangered) but in the mornings & evenings, it gets really crowded with people.
On Saarang evenings, a lot of guys flock to this place to play voyeur on unsuspecting canoodling couples. Ironically, there are so many people eventually that the canoodlers go somewhere else, and the voyeurs are left to voyeur one another and become even more mentally scarred for the rest of their lives.
