Arutla dates back to 15 AD,Originally known as ARUPUTLA.It is in between rachakonda hills and Ibrahimpatnam.... 16 km from Ibrahimpatnam and 39 Km from hyderabad. It was under the rule of Sarvjan singha Bhupala who ruled in rachakondha in the 1st half of 15th century.

Note: Special attraction is the BUGGA spring which uniquely flows from east to west, Lord shiva temple.A jatara is held at this place for the past 1and a half century.
Arutla village has many very ancient temples with two of them bearing the then made "stupam" with single stone around 200 feet.(unsure about its height but will soon update)

I had the chance to go there and take a dip in the bugga in 2008 november. It was so very amazing...........
