Alternative entrance to O'Melveny Park.
Also known as the De Campos Trail
This is a very steep trail, but it's the most direct route up to Mission Point (elevation 2,765 feet) which is well worth the climb.
It's usually too hot to hike up this trail in the summer.
February or March would be better.
Any time of year, bring plenty of water.
