  Gulistan-e-Jauhar is one of the developing areas. It has both peaceful, like block 17,16,15, and problematic areas, like pehalwan goth. johar complex. The area can provide you as cheap an accomodation as Rs. 5,000 per month and as expensive as Rs. 40,000 per month. The choice of area and accomodation is yours.
