The company was incorporated on April 28, 1995 as a private limited company. Armed with a passion for entrepreneurship the promoters of M/s SRV Telecom [P] Ltd. [SRV] established it as single product small scale industrial unit, with a modest capital of Rs.1.50 lacs. A vision to carve a niche for itself in the world of telecommunication saw it become what it is today – a multi-product growth oriented mid-size corporation with a dedicated and fiercely loyal employee base of 250 persons complementing the management in leveraging the capital asset base of Rs.960 lacs to the emergent technology.
