Opened in 2009, it replaces the old Burger King located at Goyeau and Wyandotte East which was required for expansion of the tunnel plaza.

The new site was once the location of the Top Hat Supper Club. Starting in 1959 the Top Hat served up steaks, prime rib, lobster and entertainment, including the Gaylords, Frank Gorshin and Rich Little.
