A collection of three man-made reservoirs that supply drinking water, host a sailing club and provide a natural beauty spot for people to visit. The path around Dovestone reservoir is just about good enough for wheelchairs. Parking is pay-and-display in a well marked area (make sure you do pay and display and do not park on the access road as despite its remoteness, the traffic wardens police this area vigorously!). The nearby Chew Reservoir is the highest man-made reservoir in England.
