Original site of the first Hog Cholera Research Station where cure for Hog Cholera was discovered, later to be the National Animal Veterinary Labs and then National Animal Disease Center. Rows of buildings with other houses hidden in the trees, some interesting papers, cages, and other assorted veterinary and research things left, but sparse. Dates vary from building to building from old research notecards printed in 1977, a calendar from 1983, and employee authorization papers dated the mid 90s.
