West of Lake Chabot. Now used for radio communication towers. Access road starts at the Fairmont Ridge staging area, 300 yards west of Fairmont Drive & Lake Chabot Road. It's a mildly steep climb of about a mile to the fenced site. You can walk all the way around the fence in about half an hour, but you won't get any better view of the interior than you got from the front gate.
