The property developed in 2009 and occupied since May 2010. This is 2000 sq feet plot purchased by Mr. Gopal Khandagale in 1982 and developed by me. Took around 10 years to bring the dream to reality from 2001. This being the most ineradicable achievement to have own 3000 sq/ ft of individual house in Pune city in place like Baner. Thanks to all my family and in-laws for their contribution to bring my dreams to reality. Big thanks to my mother (Anjali). I thank my parents for all that they have gone through or done for me and my sister (now Vidya Totaganti).
Moving to this house has blessed us with 2 sons (Adiraj and naming not done), again a beautiful miracle. Thanks to this house.
