  • Yuthika land has some legal issues. Search for Paranjape Yuthika on IndianRealEstateForum or Google .
  • All of Paranjape's projects in last 5 yrs have been having excessive pricing, mega delays, average or below average quality and no choice (even if scheme not sold). Prices jacked up and heavy advertising going on to try and sell. Beware.. This project is near Veerbhadra nagar. All this area is famous for some bad activities (see indianrealestateforum threads and local news paper about rackets running from and by ppl living in this area). Do no fall prey to such builders.
  • I purchased flat in paranjape project as it is one of the better buider. But I am regretting my decision. Issues: 1. They asked me abt first level changes which they never implemented. I came to know when it was too late. 2. They created mess abt some basic thing like photo frame for doors. half of the doors have photo frames and remaining half don't ?? this looks really weird ..they didn't tell me abt this and now saying it can not be undone ?? 3. Site engineer and staff is rude when you follow up with them (first meeting you will be really impressed with them) 4. Marketing guy will tell you lot of things at the time of booking which will not be implemented. 5. Projects are getting delayed
  • Architect left in between .. new architect did not pickup work correctly. Many of the changes I suggested never got implemented.. now they are saying its too late to do these changes .. not happy with the service
  • i am existing customer of paranjape schemes... and i work in mumbai. i know the paranjape's since 1990. it might have been the experience with guys which i believe would not be there... as they have got excellent teams for these work and they are having good construction quality compared to other builders. when i put up my money with paranjape in any project... i believe it has never gone into the wrong hands... appreciation in paranjape's project is quite more than other ordinary developers due to quality of construction. i am staying in one the project of paranjape...still i can sell it with good appreciation...i am really happy customer of paranjape schemes... you will ask any of paranjape customer...probably you will get the same answer...
  • I dont agree with above comment. I stay in US and booked flat with paranjape, my experience so far is horrible. No response to my queries for months !!! really for months they didnt reply to my mail. They made fake promises and then completely denied it. When you make such big investment you expect some trust and responsible behavior from builder. Paranjape scheme lacks this responsibility.
  • I as a buyer was completely duped. The management did not inform me that Yuthika ( Baner) was under litigation : http://www.punemirror.in/article/2/201305092013050900415568776925910/Police-book-developer-for-forgery-building-on-disputed-land-in-Baner.html. It was only when i received court notice that i found out that there was a problem . To top it I currently reside in the US. Yuthika staff has not informed me about the legal process ( lawyer who is representing the case summary of the hearing,status of the case). The staff does not respond to any of my queries after multiple attempts are made to reach them over email and phone. Agreement mentioned that the complex will be ready by Dec-2013 which is not the case. I would really like to caution anyone who wants to invest their hard earned money in this property . I totally regret my decision to invest with Paranjpee builders it is a sham.
  • Hi Pooja, I believe Yuthika is completed now and you would have got the possession. I wanted to know is the legal issue got resolved or it is still in courts?
