The art deco style building was constructed in 1929 and a more recent addition houses the regional offices of Bell Canada. The building features a large rooftop antenna.

This is the new location of CHWI-DT's news offices and newsroom. the actual station is licensed to Wheatley, Ontario, where the primary transmitter broacdasts on channel 16 near Stevenson, roughly half-way between Wheatley and Chatham, covering both cities. CHWI-TV has a second transmitter, CHWI-DT-60 on channel 60, broadcasting from the nearby Victoria Park Place. The Master Control for these stations was moved first to sister station CFPL-TV in London, Ontario, and then to CFTO-TV's facilities at 9 Channel Nine Court in Toronto, Ontario.
