Pictou County's tallest building and when built the tallest building east of Montreal, located on Provost (Front) Street in downtown New Glasgow. Built in 1915, the seven storey mixed-use building consists of 24,000 square feet of retail, office space, artist studios and residential suites. It is owned by Highland Place Group which acquired the building in 2008 and began renovations immediately after. In 2009 an inspection by the fire marshal's office identified 17 actions that required remedy; in the meantime office tenants were asked to vacate.

As of January 2010 a protective barricade girds the sidewalk in front of the building due to falling debris from above. City council is debating what action to take next.
