This is owned by a certain old man called Ambo.He had several beautiful daughters who were married off to men who worked at the plywood plants used to be owned by Lorenzo Sarmiento and his brothers(of Pulilan, Bulacan).They served fresh "tuba" which was very sweet and heated a bit and mixed with chocolate.He also maintained fish cages by the bay the catches of which he also served as "sumsuman" or pulutan where you just fillet the fish and eat the flesh raw dipped in vinagrette!!The place teems with people from the factory during weekends!!
